Build the skills for this role
Core focus areas for this title include CT protocols and contrast safety, radiation dose practices, patient communication, and PACS/RIS documentation. Keep state licenses and ARRT (or equivalent) credentials current for multi-state travel; no specific cert program or cost data was provided for this listing.
Expect scenario questions on contrast reactions, trauma CT prioritization, image quality troubleshooting, and how you adapt to new scanners and protocols as a traveler. Be ready to discuss travel readiness: flexibility with schedules, credentialing timelines, and examples of working independently in unfamiliar departments.
Strong fit if you are a licensed radiologic technologist with solid CT experience who prefers contract travel over a single fixed site. Healthforce’s listing is on-site travel across the U.S.; candidates who like variety, quick onboarding, and hospital CT volume will match better than those seeking remote or permanent local work only.
