Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and social workers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care

What You Bring

• A current and valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California
• At least one year of recent experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
• Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and patient education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and patients
