Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 20-week assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work within the Allied Health Professional specialty and will begin on September 2, 2026.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a radiologist.
- Prepare patients for interventional procedures by explaining the process and ensuring comfort.
- Operate imaging equipment to capture high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Assist with minor surgical interventions, including catheter placement and biopsy guidance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist is required.
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Interventional Radiography is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, physicians, and staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
