What This Role Involves

The role involves working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as a Registered Nurse (RN). The primary responsibilities include providing advanced and specialized care to critically ill patients. You will be required to work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week for a duration of 13 weeks.

What You'll Do

Your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks including but not limited to: administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient vital signs, performing diagnostic tests, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You must be adept at managing complex medical situations and providing compassionate care in high-pressure environments.

What You Bring

• A current and valid RN license
• ICU experience preferred but not required for travel nurses
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in patient care documentation systems
