Technical Program Manager

3Pillar Global is hiring a full-time Technical Program Manager in the United States to steer multiple product development teams toward measurable client outcomes. About the Role

As a Technical Program Manager at 3Pillar Global, you'll orchestrate complex, multi-workstream engagements that turn ambitious ideas into shipped software. Your success will be tracked through a delivery scorecard tied to account outcomes, client satisfaction, revenue realization, and direct margin targets. This is a 100% billable position.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping agile team structures and aligning delivery with their business goals.
• Lead global, cross-functional programs that span several work streams and practice areas.
• Mentor and supervise other managers, creating room for their teams to grow and perform.
• Apply full-cycle product development and Agile expertise to safeguard quality, governance, and risk management.
• Define and maintain program roadmaps covering feature delivery, release cadence, deployment governance, and post-production support.
• Design phased and A/B deployment strategies that limit production risk, and establish KPIs, metrics, and ROI models for executive and board-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product development leadership, including global projects and complex client accounts.
• 8+ years running end-to-end program management for large-scale retail technology transformations — POS modernization, store systems, and enterprise platform rollouts across thousands of locations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing other managers and influencing cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep command of Agile methodologies, backlog management, and technical strategy from concept to launch.
• 5+ years of consulting experience, ideally within professional services or an internal advisory function.
• Experience identifying AI-driven operational improvements and using quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; relevant certifications and continuous learning are highly valued.
• Executive-level written and verbal English communication skills.
