About the Role

As the Advisory Solutions Architect (Japan (nationwide) (nationwide)), you will serve as the senior technical Customer Experience expert for the entire country, owning Dragos' technical presence across the full customer lifecycle and partner network. This is a high-autonomy, nationwide position — not tied to a single district — that calls for a seasoned professional who can operate confidently across language, cultural, and organizational lines while establishing and scaling Dragos in Japan (nationwide) (nationwide).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Dragos' senior technical authority in Japan (nationwide) (nationwide) throughout pre-sales, deployment, and post-sales adoption.
• Lead complex pre-sales work, including architecture planning, deployment scoping, and technical win strategies.
• Build, run, and troubleshoot proof-of-concept deployments within customer OT environments.
• Guide customers in integrating the Dragos Platform into wider security and operational ecosystems.
• Manage strategic technical relationships with Macnica and technology partners such as Microsoft and Omron.
• Strengthen partner capability through enablement programs, joint workshops, and field collaboration.
• Champion Dragos' mission through keynotes, conference sessions, webinars, and executive briefings.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and global CX teams to localize messaging for the Japan (nationwide) (nationwide)ese market.
• Advise the Japan (nationwide) (nationwide) Country Manager and APAC leadership, relaying market and customer insight to global teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive OT/ICS cybersecurity experience with an industrial background (energy, manufacturing, utilities, or critical infrastructure), or strong network security fundamentals paired with proven OT/ICS learning ability.
• Track record in senior pre-sales or advisory roles on complex, high-stakes engagements.
• Solid grasp of ICS/OT architectures, protocols, the Purdue model, and adversary tradecraft.
• Hands-on skills in network analysis, Linux-based tooling, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Ability to independently run proof-of-concepts and design complex solutions.
• Experience with strategic technology partners and distributors in the Japan (nationwide) (nationwide)ese market.
• Outstanding communication skills across practitioners, executives, and partners.
• Fluency in Japan (nationwide) (nationwide)ese and professional proficiency in English are essential.
