FIS Capital Markets is hiring a Technology Business Consultant Senior to lead client-focused projects in asset finance and leasing software from our Jacksonville, Florida office.
About the Role
This senior-level consulting position places you at the center of FIS' delivery model, where you'll direct complex technology projects for enterprise clients while mentoring junior consultants. You'll combine technical expertise with client leadership, ensuring successful outcomes on both sides.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical strategy and delivery for asset finance and leasing software projects serving enterprise clients
- Own end-to-end project management from requirements through implementation and go-live
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, translating business needs into technical solutions
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering growth and technical capability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver solutions in the asset finance domain
- Provide expert technical guidance that balances innovation with pragmatic implementation
