About This Position
Reporting to the Head of IT Operation & Security, you'll play a key role in ensuring our offices remain safe, functional, and welcoming environments for our teams. Whether you're troubleshooting a facility issue, coordinating contractors, assembling workspaces, managing shipments, or performing routine maintenance tasks, your hands-on expertise is crucial.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues promptly
- Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and installations
- Assemble and manage workspaces to ensure they are functional and comfortable
- Manage shipments, including receiving and distributing materials
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the facilities in top condition
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to safety protocols and cleaning procedures
Qualifications
We are looking for a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician who thrives on variety, takes pride in hands-on work, and enjoys solving problems before they become issues. Key qualifications include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a facilities maintenance technician or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve facility issues effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and contractors
- Familiarity with safety protocols and cleaning procedures in a professional setting
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
