About the Role

As an Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent at Fever in Spain, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our customers, resolving the day-to-day incidents that come through phone, email, and social media. This is a home-office position with a morning schedule of 8:00 to 16:00, five days a week, including a 30-minute break. Because incident volumes vary, you'll also support the Operations Department with parallel tasks during quieter moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support across phone, email, and social media to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Manage incoming calls and chats efficiently to keep communication clear and professional.
  • Share accurate, complete information using the appropriate tools and methods.
  • Address complaints with suitable solutions and alternatives, then follow up to confirm resolution within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, manage accounts, and organize supporting documents.
  • Apply Fever's communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
  • Go the extra step to keep customers engaged and satisfied.
  • Assist the Operations team with related tasks when incident traffic is low.

Qualifications

  • A high level of Italian (spoken and written), plus fluency in Spanish or English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or user support is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus.
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • A reliable, solution-focused, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
  • Candidates must currently reside in Spain.
