Qualifications A high level of Italian (spoken and written), plus fluency in Spanish or English. Previous experience in customer service or user support is highly valued. Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus. Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and juggle multiple tasks at once. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
