About the Role
As a Talent Insights Consultant at Elevance Health, you will partner with recruiting and business leaders across the United States to translate labor market data, talent trends, and competitive intelligence into clear guidance that drives smarter sourcing and hiring strategies. This full-time position follows a hybrid schedule, with associates working in-office one to two days each week to encourage collaboration and connection, while preserving flexibility that supports focus, productivity, and a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret talent market and labor data to inform recruiting and workforce planning decisions.
- Deliver consultative insights and recommendations to talent acquisition teams and business stakeholders.
- Identify hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive benchmarks across relevant markets.
- Build clear reports, dashboards, and narratives that make complex data easy to act on.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align talent strategy with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Background in talent intelligence, people analytics, market research, recruiting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
- Consultative mindset with experience advising stakeholders and influencing decisions.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment that blends in-office engagement with independent, virtual work.
