About the Role

As the SW, Graduate Proctoring Services Specialist at Chaminade University of Honolulu, you will coordinate and oversee proctoring operations that protect academic honesty for graduate-level students. This full-time, on-site position in Honolulu places you at the center of a collaborative learning environment, ensuring assessments are administered fairly, securely, and in accordance with university standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and supervise proctored examinations for graduate students, maintaining a secure and respectful testing environment
• Verify student identities and uphold exam protocols to preserve academic integrity
• Schedule, set up, and monitor testing sessions, both individual and group
• Document incidents, irregularities, and outcomes accurately for university records
• Coordinate with faculty, academic departments, and students to resolve proctoring needs and questions
• Support continuous improvements to proctoring procedures and the overall test-taker experience

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a firm commitment to fairness and confidentiality
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for working with students, faculty, and staff
