Surveillance Investigator

About the Role

As a Surveillance Investigator with Frasco Inc, you'll conduct field-based investigations and observations for civil, corporate, and insurance clients throughout the region. This position offers flexible scheduling with the opportunity to work hours that fit your needs, and we provide accommodation for candidates working toward state licensure requirements.

What You'll Do

• Perform discreet observations and surveillance operations according to client specifications and legal standards
• Document findings through detailed written reports, photographs, and video evidence
• Maintain accurate case notes and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Communicate with supervisors and clients regarding case status and findings
• Conduct investigations that may include subject interviews, location monitoring, and activity documentation
• Ensure all work complies with federal and Louisiana state investigation laws and regulations

What We're Looking For

• Valid Louisiana private investigator license or willingness to obtain one prior to hire (Frasco supports candidates in process)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain objectivity during investigations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Physical ability to conduct field work in various conditions and environments
• Professional demeanor and commitment to ethical investigative practices
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
