About the Role

Tenet Massachusetts is hiring a full-time Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg to oversee day-to-day nursing operations across one or more patient care units in Southborough, Massachusetts. In this on-site, day-shift position, you will guide a team of nursing professionals while ensuring that every patient receives safe, attentive, and high-quality medical-surgical care. The schedule is structured around 36 hours per week in 12-hour day shifts on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and oversee the activities of nursing staff within assigned medical-surgical patient care units.
• Confirm that each patient's care needs are consistently identified and fully met.
• Support and supervise nursing personnel to maintain smooth, efficient unit operations.
• Promote consistent standards of clinical excellence and patient safety throughout the Med Surg department.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Background in Med Surg nursing.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, coordinate, and lead nursing teams.
• Availability for full-time, on-site work covering 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week.
