Strategy Partner

Highmark Health is hiring a Strategy Partner in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Maryland to drive alignment and execution across our Product and Health Experience organization. In this full-time role, you'll translate strategic vision into coordinated action, ensuring teams across the organization move in concert toward shared goals.

About the Role

The Strategy Partner serves as a trusted connector between leadership priorities and product team execution. You'll own the communication infrastructure that keeps strategy visible, actionable, and alive across the organization. This is a position where operational excellence and strategic thinking converge—you'll design the systems, cadences, and narratives that help complex teams stay synchronized and focused.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain product strategy communication frameworks that cascade priorities from leadership through all product and health experience teams
• Build and manage strategic planning cycles, including roadmap development, prioritization sessions, and cross-team alignment meetings
• Create clear, compelling messaging around product direction and organizational strategy for both internal and external stakeholder groups
• Track strategic initiative progress, surface execution risks, and recommend course corrections in real time
• Foster collaboration between product, health operations, clinical, and commercial teams to ensure strategies are integrated and mutually reinforcing
• Establish metrics and dashboards that measure strategic progress and inform ongoing decisions

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product strategy, business operations, program management, or related cross-functional coordination roles
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly to diverse audiences
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or regulated industries is a plus
• Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and individual contributors across multiple departments
• Comfort with ambiguity and skill at building clarity in fast-moving environments
