Crewfare is hiring a remote-first Digital Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and growth marketing across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn—powering both our consumer travel experiences and our B2B products like Launchpad.

About the Role

As Crewfare's Digital Marketing Manager, you'll lead full-funnel campaign strategy that turns clicks into bookings and qualified leads. This full-time position sits at the crossroads of travel, technology, and live events, giving you hands-on ownership of high-impact campaigns that fuel real-world adventures. Crewfare welcomes applicants based in markets including Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, India, Singapore, and across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and continuously refine paid advertising campaigns that grow brand awareness, drive bookings, and generate qualified leads.
  • Design end-to-end funnel strategies, retargeting sequences, and CRM-aligned nurture flows.
  • Own LinkedIn organic content and paid placements to elevate Crewfare's B2B story with hotels, travel brands, and event producers.
  • Partner with design and product colleagues to shape creative assets, landing pages, and lead-capture forms.
  • Power B2C initiatives connected to travel packages, influencer collaborations, and seasonal event moments.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years running digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Solid command of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and A/B testing methodology.
  • B2B marketing background, ideally within SaaS, travel tech, or marketplace businesses.
  • Sharp copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or comparable CRM platforms.
