About the Role
As a Strategy& Consulting Manager, you'll partner with client leadership at financial services organizations to address complex strategic business challenges. You'll combine market intelligence with rigorous performance analysis to help clients define competitive positioning and pursue growth opportunities. This role requires both the analytical capability to uncover insights and the communication strength to influence senior stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations.
What You'll Do
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics in financial services and asset management sectors
- Conduct business performance assessments against industry benchmarks and client objectives
- Develop strategic recommendations addressing opportunities and business goals
- Lead client engagement workstreams and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Translate complex data and analysis into compelling strategic frameworks and presentations
- Travel to client sites to support engagement delivery and executive collaboration
What We're Looking For
- Strong expertise in corporate and business strategy within financial services
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market dynamics and business performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Proven track record managing client relationships and consulting engagements
- Willingness to travel up to 80% for client work
- Ability to lead teams, manage workstreams independently, and drive results
