Strategic Property Partnerships (Miami or Orlando)

Housing Connector is seeking a Strategic Property Partnerships (Miami or Orlando) Associate to build and expand property partnerships across the Miami and Orlando markets from our North Miami, Florida office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive meaningful growth in our property partnership portfolio while collaborating with dedicated teams in a hybrid work environment.

The Opportunity

As a Strategic Property Partnerships (Miami or Orlando) Associate, you'll play a central role in identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with property partners in the Miami-Dade area and Orlando region. This full-time role is hybrid-based, requiring in-office presence at least one day per week, with approximately 10% travel to support both locations. You'll be instrumental in discovering partnership opportunities that drive organizational growth across your assigned markets.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential property partnership opportunities in Miami and Orlando markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, managers, and key stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform partnership strategy
• Negotiate partnership terms and agreements to mutual benefit
• Support the onboarding process for new property partners
• Track and report on partnership performance metrics and outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnership execution
• Travel to Miami, Orlando, and surrounding areas as needed to support partnership activities

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or related fields
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Miami and/or Orlando real estate and housing markets
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Analytical mindset with ability to track metrics and identify opportunities
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time
• Bachelor's degree preferred
