Position Summary

The Store Manager role at TravisMathew is a pivotal position in our team. As a Store Manager at the Shops at Legacy location, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of store operations to ensure customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling
• Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers through excellent service and product knowledge
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the store
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Manage the store's budget, adhering to financial goals and maintaining accurate records
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail management, preferably in an apparel store setting
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both customers and team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
