As a Staff Clinical Consultant at Oracle, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, bridging clinical operations with technology innovation. Your work will focus on translating organizational goals into executable technology roadmaps while ensuring end-user adoption and long-term value realization.

What You'll Do

• Lead healthcare clients through the planning and configuration of clinical workflows, electronic health record processes, and administrative systems
• Assess existing clinical operations and identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance care delivery through Oracle solutions
• Design technology implementations that align with clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives
• Oversee client adoption initiatives, including training, change management, and transition planning to ensure successful go-live and sustained utilization
