About the Role

As a Staff Clinical Consultant at Oracle, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, bridging clinical operations with technology innovation. You'll partner with organizations to envision, design, and operationalize systems that improve patient care delivery and operational efficiency. Your work will focus on translating organizational goals into executable technology roadmaps while ensuring end-user adoption and long-term value realization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead healthcare clients through the planning and configuration of clinical workflows, electronic health record processes, and administrative systems
  • Assess existing clinical operations and identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance care delivery through Oracle solutions
  • Design technology implementations that align with clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives
