About the Role
As Sr. Sales Manager at Ase Us Inc, you'll partner with our VP of Sales to develop and execute account strategies that accelerate customer growth. You'll lead a sales team, mentor high performers, and drive revenue ownership across your territory. This role requires a deep knowledge of our customers' business priorities, operational challenges, and strategic plans—enabling you to position solutions that create lasting business impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead, manage, and develop a sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and career development conversations with team members
- Build and nurture long-term strategic customer relationships in your assigned accounts
- Understand each customer's business operations, competitive landscape, and future expansion plans
- Work closely with the VP of Sales on account development strategy, pipeline forecasting, and growth initiatives
- Own revenue delivery and growth for your team's customer base
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing relationships
- Provide market and customer insights to inform company strategy
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales management or account management experience
- Proven track record building and leading high-performing sales teams to revenue goals
- Strong business acumen with ability to understand customer industries and operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to develop customer growth plans and execute results
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable owning accountability for outcomes
- Comfortable working in a full-time, in-office environment in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County
