Role Overview
We are seeking a technically strong and customer-focused Cloud Integration Engineer to manage deployment, integration, and optimization of cloud-based solutions. This role involves working closely with clients, ensuring seamless system integration, and driving automation across the deployment lifecycle using modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, integrate, and test solutions across multiple environments
- Manage deployments from development to production using CI/CD and GitOps practices
- Develop automation tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare technical documentation including test cases, user guides, and reports
- Provide customer support during validation and operational phases
- Perform system upgrades and maintain solution performance
- Train customers on product usage and new features
- Analyze logs, systems, and networks to troubleshoot complex issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders for seamless delivery
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in cloud integration, DevOps, or system engineering roles
- Experience working with telecom environments or distributed systems will be an added advantage\
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
- Proficiency in Git, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and Helm
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems and administration
- Experience in Shell / Python scripting
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Understanding of networking and telecom protocols
- Familiarity with Ansible and automation frameworks
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
