Sr Safety Supervisor- (Data Centers)

Jacobs is seeking a Sr Safety Supervisor (Data Centers) in Greenland, Washington County, to champion health and safety excellence across mission-critical data center environments. About the Role

As a Sr Safety Supervisor focused on data centers, you will offer leadership and hands-on guidance in shaping and running comprehensive safety programs. The position centers on building, rolling out, and overseeing initiatives spanning workplace safety, health and occupational health, fire protection and prevention, and the safeguarding of equipment and property. Based in Greenland, Washington County, you will work directly with project teams to keep safety at the heart of everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing management of safety, health, and occupational health programs.
• Direct fire protection and prevention efforts across data center sites.
• Oversee measures that protect equipment and physical property from loss or damage.
• Conduct on-site assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective action.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to teams, promoting a strong, proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Proven background in safety, health, or occupational health management, ideally within data center or comparable facility settings.
• Working knowledge of fire protection, prevention practices, and property protection principles.
• Experience developing, implementing, and administering safety programs end to end.
• Ability to perform thorough site assessments and translate findings into practical improvements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and engage clients.
