Sr Safety Supervisor- (Data Centers)

Jacobs is seeking a Sr Safety Supervisor (Data Centers) to champion health and safety on mission-critical projects in Cammack Village, Pulaski County. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll help protect the people, communities, and facilities at the heart of Jacobs' work.

About the Role

As a Sr Safety Supervisor focused on data centers, you'll provide hands-on guidance and leadership across every dimension of workplace safety. You'll shape and oversee programs spanning occupational health, fire protection and prevention, and the safeguarding of equipment and property — ensuring that safety is built into daily operations rather than treated as an afterthought. This position is based in Cammack Village, Pulaski County, and is not a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, rollout, and ongoing administration of safety and occupational health programs.
• Direct fire protection and prevention initiatives across data center environments.
• Oversee measures that protect equipment, property, and physical assets on site.
• Conduct safety and health assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective action.
• Advise project teams and leadership on compliance, best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Foster a strong safety culture among staff, contractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in safety, occupational health, or environmental health and safety leadership.
• Working knowledge of fire prevention, equipment protection, and property safeguarding practices.
• Ability to perform thorough site assessments and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills to guide teams toward safe outcomes.
• Comfortable working full-time and on-site within a data center setting in Cammack Village, Pulaski County.
