Position Summary

The Senior Manager Supplier Engineering will lead and manage a team of suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality components for robotic-assisted surgical systems. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier relationships and negotiations to secure optimal component pricing and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance supplier performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to suppliers and supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and procurement, to align supply chain needs with business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of experience in supplier management or a related field, preferably within the medical technology industry.
• A proven track record of managing complex supply chains and negotiating successful supplier contracts.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the medical device industry, particularly those related to suppliers.
