Special Projects Manager- Data Centers (Shackelford County, TX)

Oracle is seeking a full-time Special Projects Manager for Data Centers to lead complex remediation and infrastructure initiatives on-site in Wyoming, Kent County. About the Role

As a Special Projects Manager for Data Centers at Oracle, you will own the delivery of remediation, upgrade, and retrofit projects across OCI's mission-critical data center facilities. You will guide cross-functional project teams through every phase — planning, execution, commissioning, and operational handoff — while holding accountability for budget and schedule. This is a hands-on leadership position based in Wyoming, Kent County, and is not a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the full lifecycle of facilities remediation, retrofit, and upgrade projects within Oracle's data center environment.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, aligning stakeholders from initial concept through commissioning and final turnover to operations.
• Maintain ownership of project budgets and schedules, tracking progress and resolving issues as they arise.
• Manage the transition of completed work into stable, day-to-day operational use.
• Support the reliability and continuity of OCI's critical infrastructure throughout each engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-phase infrastructure or facilities projects, ideally within data center or mission-critical settings.
• Strong command of project delivery fundamentals, including budget oversight, scheduling, and team leadership.
• Ability to coordinate diverse technical teams and carry projects from design intent through commissioning and handoff.
• Comfort working on-site in Wyoming, Kent County, in a fast-paced operational context.
