About the Role

As a Production Video Editor at Acxelsus Co., you will own the post-production process from start to finish, shaping raw clips into refined videos that meet brand objectives and storytelling goals. Working on-site in the Philippines (nationwide) (nationwide), you will produce engaging assets tailored for digital platforms, social media, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and refine raw footage through cutting, sequencing, color correction, and sound design to create compelling final videos.
• Develop original video content for social channels, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects that elevate production value.
• Partner with the marketing, creative, and content teams to keep every deliverable aligned with campaign objectives.
• Organize project files, footage, and assets so the production library stays clean and accessible.
• Review each video against brand guidelines, technical specifications, and agreed deadlines.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communications, or a comparable discipline is an advantage, though not mandatory.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in video editing or production.
• Confident command of editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro, plus working knowledge of motion graphics and audio editing.
• A creative eye, sharp attention to detail, dependable time management, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
