Social Media Manager + Content Creator

Photobooth Supply Co is hiring a Social Media Manager + Content Creator for our team in City of Industry, California. This full-time position is based on-site for someone ready to build and drive our social presence through compelling, original content.

What This Role Involves

You'll be the creative force behind Photobooth Supply Co's social media channels, crafting and managing content that engages customers and showcases our products. This role combines creative content production with strategic social media management, requiring both visual storytelling skills and an understanding of platform analytics.

Core Duties

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Create original, platform-specific content including photos, videos, captions, graphics, and multimedia assets
• Manage daily social operations: post scheduling, community engagement, comment management, and follower interactions
• Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and optimize content based on insights and engagement trends
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align social initiatives with business objectives
• Research industry trends, monitor competitor activity, and identify opportunities for brand growth
• Experiment with new content formats, emerging platforms, and storytelling techniques to keep content fresh
• Build and nurture our online community through authentic, responsive engagement

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a social media manager, content creator, or similar role
• Strong visual communication skills and aesthetic sensibility for design and branding
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable software
• Experience with social media management platforms and analytics tools
• Understanding of social media platform algorithms, best practices, and current trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Video editing and photography experience preferred
