What You'll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their sleep needs, preferences, and budget
• Demonstrate product features and educate customers on different mattress types and support options
• Provide personalized recommendations based on sleep position, firmness preference, and specific concerns
• Complete sales transactions and ensure excellent customer service at every touchpoint
• Build relationships with repeat customers and contribute to store sales goals
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on new sleep technologies and offerings
• Support a positive store environment and collaborate with team members
