As a Sleep Expert in our sales department, you'll be the go-to resource for customers seeking expert guidance on mattresses, bedding, and sleep wellness. You'll combine product knowledge with genuine care to match each customer to solutions that improve their rest and overall well-being. Your bilingual capabilities will make you an invaluable team member, enabling you to connect with a broader customer base and provide personalized service in their preferred language.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and assess their sleep needs, preferences, and budget requirements
- Educate customers on mattress types, materials, firmness levels, and health benefits
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations tailored to individual sleep profiles and medical considerations
- Conduct mattress demonstrations and encourage customers to test products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build lasting customer relationships and respond to inquiries in English and Spanish
- Maintain product displays and store organization standards
- Achieve sales goals while prioritizing customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
- Proven sales experience, preferably in mattress, furniture, or retail
- Strong product knowledge and ability to explain sleep science simply
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Comfort demonstrating products and engaging with diverse customers
