About the Role
Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for our Buffalo Stamping Plant. Based in Chisolm, this role serves our Southeast Michigan operations, where you'll apply advanced electrical expertise to keep manufacturing equipment running reliably and safely.
What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment throughout the stamping facility
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in manufacturing machinery
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on industrial electrical components
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Adhere to all safety regulations and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Established background working as an industrial electrician or related skilled trade
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and industrial equipment operation
- Proficiency reading technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Compensation
This full-time position offers a starting hourly rate of $44.915, advancing to $45.115 upon completion of three consecutive months of employment. Competitive benefits include shift premiums, overtime pay, and holiday compensation.
