What This Role Involves

Harrison Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Site Civil Engineer to join their fast-growing team in the Youngstown office. As a key member of the engineering firm, this role will be pivotal in designing and drafting engineering plans for various projects including retail, commercial, residential, and municipal developments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design/draft detailed engineering plans for diverse project types.
• Perform site grading, storm water management calculations, and storm sewer design.
• Taking a leadership role in managing projects from initial planning to completion.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required, along with at least 8 years of relevant experience in site civil engineering. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is essential. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also necessary.
