About This Position
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and motivated individual to join the team as a Shop Manager at our very successful Staple Hill store. As one of our Shop Managers, you will be supported by an experienced and knowledgeable team who will help you develop your skills and build strong relationships with customers and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a welcoming environment for all visitors to the shop.
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, sales, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and sales.
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
