About the Role

As a full-service Instacart Shopper, you'll fulfill customer grocery orders by selecting fresh produce, quality meats, dairy, pantry items, and household essentials from partner stores. You'll deliver these orders directly to customers' homes, completing the entire transaction from shop to doorstep. This role combines retail shopping expertise with customer service and logistics, all on your own schedule.

What You'll Do

• Shop customer orders at partner grocery stores, carefully selecting items that match specifications and ensuring quality
• Locate products efficiently, manage multiple orders, and adapt to different store layouts
• Communicate with customers via the app to confirm substitutions, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction
• Transport and deliver orders to customer addresses in a timely, professional manner
• Maintain accuracy in order fulfillment and handle payment processing at checkout

What We're Looking For

• No retail or delivery experience necessary—we train you on everything
• Must be at least 18 years old with valid identification
• Reliable access to personal transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and walk throughout shopping trips
