About the Role

Lighthouse CH is dedicated to delivering high-quality behavioral health services to children on the autism spectrum and their families. As part of our Levittown team, you'll implement individualized treatment plans designed to address communication, social, and daily living skills. Your work will directly support each child's progress while maintaining strong partnerships with families and clinical leadership.

What You'll Do

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services in accordance with individualized treatment protocols
• Implement evidence-based behavioral strategies to promote skill development and independence
• Document progress through detailed session notes, behavioral data, and outcome tracking
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and clinical coordinators on ongoing treatment effectiveness
• Create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment for each child

What We're Looking For

• Current or active pursuit of ABA certification (BCBA or RBT credential preferred)
• Genuine commitment to working with children on the autism spectrum
• Strong communication skills with both children and families
• Ability to follow clinical protocols accurately and maintain detailed records
• Compassion, reliability, and professional dedication to supporting children's growth
• Reliable transportation for the Levittown location
