About the Role

This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt Service Technician II (Assistant Maintenance) position based on-site in Pensacola. Reporting within our maintenance team, you will be central to turning vacant apartments into welcoming, move-in-ready homes, supporting smooth resident transitions throughout our Escambia County property. The role pays $22.00 per hour, with monthly renewal bonuses paid on top of your base wage.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready work to bring vacant apartment homes up to move-in standards for incoming residents.
• Inspect, repair, and prepare units so each home is clean, functional, and ready on schedule.
• Apply your hands-on maintenance skills to keep the 168-unit community running smoothly day to day.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure turnovers are finished efficiently and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Practical maintenance and repair experience, ideally within multifamily or residential property settings.
• Working knowledge of common apartment systems and the make-ready turnover process.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality, move-in-ready results.
• Reliability and the ability to work on-site in Pensacola as part of a collaborative team.
