Service Porter

About the Role

The Service Porter position is essential to keeping our service facility running smoothly. You'll handle vehicle movement, preparation, and logistics—working directly with our service advisors and technicians to ensure every customer vehicle receives the care and attention it deserves. This hands-on role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to supporting the team.

What You'll Do

• Move and park customer vehicles in designated service areas and lot spaces
• Inspect and clean vehicles before and after service, both interior and exterior
• Deliver parts and materials to service bays as needed
• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the service department
• Transport vehicles to and from customer pickup areas
• Assist with tire rotation, battery testing, and other light maintenance tasks
• Support service advisors with customer vehicle management and workflow
• Report any vehicle damage or service needs promptly to management

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and follow all traffic and safety protocols
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move parts and equipment regularly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliability and punctuality—this role depends on your consistent presence
• Positive attitude and willingness to support team members across the service department
• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred but not required
