As Service Center Manager, you'll oversee daily operations at our Valvoline Instant Oil Change location, combining hands-on leadership with strategic management. You'll champion a strong safety culture that protects both team members and every customer who drives through our service bays. This full-time position puts you at the heart of a franchise operation where your decisions directly impact team performance, customer satisfaction, and service quality.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor your service team, ensuring consistent execution of our drive-thru oil change process and customer-stay-in-vehicle experience
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and CDC-aligned health measures across all service operations
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and workflow to optimize customer throughput and team productivity
• Train staff on service standards, safety procedures, and customer engagement best practices
• Track performance metrics, address operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement
• Foster a team environment where safety and service excellence are non-negotiable
