Agentic Commerce Senior Manager

Accenture is seeking an Agentic Commerce Senior Manager to lead strategic commerce transformation initiatives for banking and financial services clients. Based in West Miami, Florida, this is a full-time position with significant scope to shape how banks deploy intelligent commerce solutions and autonomous systems.

About the Role

In this senior manager position, you'll drive the strategy, delivery, and optimization of next-generation commerce platforms for financial institutions. You'll translate banking client objectives into actionable roadmaps for agent-based commerce systems, guiding teams through ideation, platform architecture, and multi-channel deployment. This role combines deep industry consulting with hands-on management of complex technology initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end commerce transformation programs for banking and financial services organizations
• Develop and execute agentic commerce strategies that drive client growth and operational efficiency
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams spanning technology, design, marketing, and implementation
• Partner with banking clients to design intelligent commerce platforms and customer engagement solutions
• Oversee product strategy, experience design, and platform architecture for AI-driven commerce systems
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies and campaign orchestration across digital channels
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships throughout engagement lifecycle
• Mentor team members and champion best practices in commerce technology delivery

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in commerce strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise technology consulting
• Deep expertise in banking, financial services, or regulated industries
• Proven success managing large, cross-functional delivery teams and complex client engagements
• Strong understanding of commerce platforms, customer experience design, and digital channel strategy
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, AI-driven systems, and intelligent automation
• Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps
