Gpac is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead structural concrete and steel construction operations in Knoxville, Tennessee. This full-time position offers hands-on leadership of a newly formed project team and direct collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers for a general contractor.

This Senior Project Manager role centers on overseeing construction project execution with emphasis on structural concrete and steel work. You'll manage day-to-day site operations, maintain timeline and budget performance, coordinate trade partners, and ensure quality standards across the project.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all site operations and day-to-day management of the new construction team
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project objectives are achieved
• Monitor structural concrete and steel construction quality, schedule, and specification compliance
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Build and strengthen working relationships with the trade and supplier community
• Communicate project status and performance to leadership

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager in general contracting or construction
• Demonstrated expertise in structural concrete and steel project management
• Proven ability to establish strong relationships with subcontractors and material suppliers
• Leadership experience and ability to direct and develop project teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Knoxville, Tennessee
