Senior Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a full-time role based in Five Points, North Carolina. You'll direct construction projects from conception to completion, managing scope, budget, and schedule while leading teams and maintaining the highest standards for quality and safety compliance.

About the Role

As Senior Project Manager, you'll own the complete lifecycle of complex construction initiatives. You'll make strategic decisions about resource allocation, vendor partnerships, and project direction—ensuring deliverables consistently meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements while upholding rigorous safety and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from initial strategy through final delivery and closeout
• Establish budgets and monitor costs, timelines, and quality metrics throughout execution
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure performance and on-time completion
• Handle procurement activities, from sourcing materials to contract negotiation and vendor relations
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Enforce safety protocols, quality assurance procedures, and compliance with industry regulations
• Track project health, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions when needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven senior-level construction project management experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Demonstrated mastery of budget management, schedule control, and cost optimization
• Strong background coordinating and leading subcontractors and external vendors
• Deep knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage relationships across all stakeholder levels
• Project management certification (PMP, DBIA, or equivalent) preferred
• Available to work full-time in the Five Points, North Carolina area
