Senior Program Manager-Games

This role serves as the operational backbone of a fast-scaling games division within a highly successful and rapidly growing entertainment franchise. You will act as the right hand to the General Manager of Games, owning the operating rhythm of the entire division and ensuring that information, decisions, and execution flow seamlessly across all teams. Acting as the central nervous system of the organization, you will consolidate updates across production, engineering, design, marketing, QA, product, and player experience into clear, decision-ready insights. You will also protect executive focus by managing priorities, structuring meetings, and ensuring only the most critical issues reach leadership attention. Beyond coordination, this is a high-trust role requiring strong judgment, the ability to challenge senior stakeholders when needed, and the confidence to make real-time decisions on what matters most.
