Nestocloud is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Salesforce and Digital platforms for a full-time position in Canada (nationwide) (nationwide). This opportunity places you at the centre of product strategy for Salesforce systems and related digital platforms that support core business functions.

About the Role

As Senior Product Manager, Salesforce and Digital platforms at Nestocloud in Canada (nationwide) (nationwide), you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Salesforce solutions and complementary digital platforms. You will translate business objectives into clear roadmaps, guide prioritisation of features, and ensure seamless delivery that meets user and organisational needs. This full-time role demands a blend of strategic vision, platform expertise, and cross-team leadership to advance Nestocloud’s Salesforce and digital capabilities within Canada (nationwide) (nationwide).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for Salesforce and digital platforms, aligning it with Nestocloud business goals and user requirements in Canada (nationwide) (nationwide).
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to gather insights, define priorities, and drive feature delivery.
• Author detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce customisations and digital platform enhancements.
• Lead discovery, design reviews, release planning, and post-launch optimisation for Salesforce modules and digital experiences.
• Track adoption metrics, platform performance, and stakeholder feedback to refine offerings and measure success.
• Assess new Salesforce releases, integrations, and digital platform technologies for strategic fit and implementation.
• Facilitate prioritisation sessions, backlog grooming, and clear communication of product progress to leadership and teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager with direct ownership of Salesforce platforms and digital product portfolios.
• Deep working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including configuration, core clouds, and best practices for enterprise-scale use.
• Demonstrated success managing digital platforms through full product cycles, from ideation to measurable growth.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, customer feedback, and market signals into actionable decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to thrive in a full-time, Canada (nationwide) (nationwide)-based setting while leading complex, multi-team product initiatives.
