We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Platform & AI Developer to join our digital transformation team. This role is responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions across the full Microsoft Power Platform suite — Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across the platform, hands-on AI integration experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams in an Agile delivery environment.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions across Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities using AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Enforce Power Platform governance standards including CoE policies, DLP, and environment strategy.
- Manage ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub for solution deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and citizen developers.
- Document solution designs, data flows, and technical specifications to enterprise standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development across multiple components.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), and Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in Dataverse, Power Fx, DAX, and custom connectors.
- Experience building Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and integrating AI Builder models.
