Dragos is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive in Texas (statewide) (statewide) to lead growth across the Southeast region, with a sharp focus on the oil & gas sector and the broader ICS/OT cybersecurity market.
About the Role
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Dragos, you will own complex enterprise sales cycles end to end and serve as a primary engine of new revenue within your assigned territory. This is a full-time, in-territory position based in Texas (statewide) (statewide), and you should expect regular travel to Houston. Working with a high level of independence and minimal oversight, you will win net-new accounts, deepen strategic partnerships, and present the complete Dragos portfolio — the Dragos Platform, Threat Intelligence, and Professional Services. The position reports to the Director of Enterprise Sales, Southeast Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts to deliver predictable revenue aligned with the Dragos go-to-market strategy.
- Build and run multi-stakeholder sales cycles spanning both plant-level and corporate buyers, and steer deals through enterprise procurement.
- Create and execute account plans that connect customer priorities to Dragos solutions over the long term.
- Sell the full Dragos suite consultatively across energy, manufacturing, utilities, and other critical infrastructure industries.
- Partner cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Marketing, Channel Managers, and executives, and collaborate with OEMs and channel partners to widen pipeline.
- Forecast accurately using structured frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Value Selling, and build ROI narratives that justify customer investment.
Qualifications
- Based in Texas (statewide) (statewide) and able to travel to Houston regularly.
- 7+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience, ideally with ICS/OT exposure; oil & gas background strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success navigating enterprise buying cycles, budgets, procurement, and stakeholder influence.
- Established C-level relationships and experience leading high-stakes, multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Consistent record of new-ARR quota attainment within complex accounts.
- Experience with OEMs, VARs, distributors, and GSIs, plus the ability to translate threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and risk concepts into business value.
