About This Position

We are seeking a Senior Pitch Assistant to join our Marketing team on an 7-month fixed-term contract, based in the A&O Shearman Belfast office. The Core Pitch Team (CPT) is part of the Global Business Development, Marketing & Communications function, where you will contribute to setting and achieving business development goals.

Core Duties

• Support the preparation and coordination of high-quality pitch materials for clients and prospects.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of marketing collateral and presentations.
• Assist in organizing events, meetings, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the legal or professional services sector.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in creating marketing materials such as presentations, reports, and proposals.
