About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Senior Onboarding Coordinator to join Elysium Healthcare. This role is pivotal in supporting new starters through their entire journey from offer stage to their first day on site. As part of this 12-month fixed term position, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for our candidates.

Core Duties

• Support new hires from the moment they receive an offer through to their first day on site
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary paperwork, equipment, and training are in place
• Maintain detailed records of each candidate's progress throughout the onboarding process
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the onboarding period

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in a similar role or relevant experience within healthcare or recruitment
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates, colleagues, and external partners
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
