National Senior Marketing Coordinator

Hensel Phelps, a leading general contractor and construction company, seeks a Full Time National Senior Marketing Coordinator in Nashville, Tennessee to drive strategic marketing initiatives across the organization. As a senior-level coordinator, you'll help communicate Hensel Phelps' capabilities to target audiences in aviation, government, commercial, transportation, critical infrastructure, and healthcare sectors.

About the Role

This position supports marketing strategy and execution at a national scale within one of the country's largest employee-owned construction firms. You'll work across multiple markets and business units, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging that reinforces Hensel Phelps' industry leadership and reputation for excellence.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns targeting government, aviation, commercial, and healthcare clients
• Develop and manage marketing materials, including proposals, case studies, brochures, and digital content
• Support brand consistency across business development and communications channels
• Collaborate with regional offices and project teams to amplify Hensel Phelps' market presence and capabilities
• Organize industry events, trade shows, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Track marketing performance metrics and provide insights to leadership
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and external marketing partners

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of marketing, communications, or business development experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or related industries
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with marketing software, content management systems, and Microsoft Office
• Experience developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
