Senior Manager, Business Finance – Operations & Supply Chain

Graco is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Finance – Operations & Supply Chain to lead financial strategy and performance in Minneapolis. This full-time position directs critical finance functions supporting our global manufacturing and equipment operations.

About the Role

As Senior Manager of Business Finance for Operations & Supply Chain, you'll partner with operations and supply chain leadership to drive financial discipline, strategic planning, and continuous improvement across the business. You'll shape financial strategy, oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensure cost-effective execution of supply chain initiatives that support Graco's manufacturing operations worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Direct financial planning, analysis, and reporting for operations and supply chain functions
• Develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analyses
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and lead improvement initiatives
• Evaluate capital expenditure requests and provide financial recommendations to leadership
• Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics; communicate insights to stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional projects that optimize supply chain efficiency and operational profitability
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes; ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
• Build and develop finance team members; mentor emerging talent in financial analysis

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
• 8+ years of finance experience, with 3+ years in a senior financial management role
• Demonstrated expertise in operations finance, supply chain finance, or manufacturing finance
• Advanced proficiency with financial planning and analysis tools; ERP systems experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfort with data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication skills; ability to translate financial insights for non-financial audiences
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving organizational change
• Strategic mindset paired with operational rigor and attention to detail
