About the Role

As a Senior, Indirect Tax - Global Trade specialist at Deloitte in Minneapolis, you will help leading companies navigate cross-border obligations, manage import and export decisions, and turn global trade strategy into measurable business value. This is a full-time, on-site position for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of tax, regulation, and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on indirect tax and global trade matters, including customs, duties, and import/export compliance.
• Develop strategies that help organizations manage worldwide trade obligations efficiently and effectively.
• Deliver practical, high-impact business solutions to a portfolio of well-known domestic and multinational companies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align trade decisions with broader tax and operational goals.
• Stay current with evolving trade regulations and translate them into actionable guidance for clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in indirect tax, global trade, customs, or a closely related professional services discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for advising clients and presenting strategic recommendations.
• Ability to work on-site in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, in a full-time capacity.
